After I placed an order for a red ipod on 10 March, the seller contacted me to say that he didn't actually have a red ipod and offered me a pink one instead. I agreed to accept it and it arrived about a week later. Because of illness I did not try using it until yesterday, 14 April, and was dismayed to discover that the operating system is so old, 9.3.5, that it cannot be updated for BBC Sounds, which is what I mainly use an ipod for. It seems that I paid the seller £217.99 for an obsolete device. If I had gone direct to apple I could have bought a new one for £199... I'm not a happy customer.
