Got my iPhone 15 plus delivered within a few days of ordering, I ordered a refurbished in very good condition. It was! It was in excellent condition. The battery life is amazing! Around 24 hours. Charging back up is quick. It also came with the charger Second time buying from Backmarket Great service

At first I was very Sceptical from buying something from online and from a secondhand market. I was ALWAYS used to buying physically at a shop. However, I chose to trust my instinct and I can positively say I was NOT let down! I was very much informed on the whole process of the delivery, from the preparation all the way to the actual delivery itself. And once the day came where I finally received the phone, I was very reluctant to see. I ordered an excellent condition and I believe I received something beyond that! The screen itself has absolutely 0 scratches! The side has basically no noticeable scratches/marks, especially due to it being covered up by a phone case anyway!! I was quite nervous about the battery life though I received a phone with almost full battery capacity (97%) WHICH exceeded my expectations! I’ve been using it for a whole week and I’m super satisfied, especially for the PRICE that I received it for!!!! #ILOVEBACKMARKET

Said condition "good". What arrived was basically a brand new iPhone. There isn't a mark on it. It's immaculate. What an excellent condition iPhone looks like I have no idea. Couldn't be happier with it and the battery life is brilliant. Didn't realise it came with a brand new charging cable either. That's a nice touch. Glad I opted for the case and the screen protectors too hopefully keep it gleaming!

Brought for my daughter birthday. She wanted an upgrade from her iPhone 13 so was very pleased with this phone. I’m also very pleased with the condition. It’s basically need. Will definitely look at purchasing again. Highly recommended going for premium condition

Initially there were problems with the screen flickering,( despite requesting a good model). However the team at Back Market were super quick and supportive and got me a replacement within a day when I said I was having problems. The process to return the duff model was made a bit harder by needing to print my own label and order confirmation ( no ink in printer!!!) but I got it sorted in time and had confirmation from the team when I sent over photos of the return version.

Absolutely amazing arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering with express shipping and the condition was fantastic this is my 2nd phone from backmarket definitely did not disappoint. The battery health came in at 89 percent which was pretty good for the grade I bought it in. I am super impressed with this order!
