brilliant device works like a star

so far so good however every time I reboot the mac, I get an error message saying that the removable drive cannot be found. This obviously wasn't cleared down properly when it was reset to factory and the OS possibly installed from a removable drive. Other than that - there are scratches all over the foot/stand, and some small gouges but the screen is in good condition.

After an initial minor problem everything is fine. The condition is better than I expected and the customer service was second to none. Extremely helpful.

(second attempt!) We've had a struggle, to be honest. 15 attempts to create a new password failed at the last fence, when the verification step either produced nothing, or a message saying effectively "Can't do it; try later" An expert neighbour talked to an Apple agent, who freed the blockage - thought to be caused by an incomplete cleen sweep of the pc. Since then we've clawed our way into Apple-land, but it hasn't appeare as user-friendly as our expert promised! I'll probably stick to my Win 11, while struggling to help my wife get to grips with the new system.

Imac works perfectly. However would have been nice to have real Apple keyboard and mouse.

Very well - looks very good and the keyboard and wireless mouse seem brand. new.
