Wondefull experience, got the mouse not working, but replace in no time, the device work marvelously

Device purchased for elderly relative. Arrived well packaged and in the condition described (excellent). Only critique is the supplied mouse which is less than excellent in quality. Not a significant issue though.

The screen is great and setup was easy, really happy with it. Gets 4 stars because the mouse that came with it straight up didn’t work. Luckily I had an alternative mouse I could plug in to do set up and I had ordered an Apple mouse that connected no problem. The keyboard that came with it was ok though

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

All set up and going well. Speedy order and in very good condition

The iMac delivered was actually a 27” screen which although fabulous is huge for my little office .. I actually wanted a 21.5 & SSD & 2019 model, Jury’s still out ..
