Huawei P8 Lite (2017) 16GB - White - Unlocked

I received the phone inpecable, the scratches are invisible with the screen on and even off when you're not careful, very correct for a 2017 phone. Unfortunately today with the space taken up by apps and the many incompatibilities, it's hard to keep up with 16GB and Android 8). On the other hand, there's a big problem with the battery, which leaks at breakneck speed: once it drops below 50%, it discharges very quickly, so the phone only lasts a few hours. I'd have recommended it if we were still close to 2017!

Super! After buying a phone for myself here a while ago, I picked this one up for my son. He's delighted with it, and even though young people are picky about technology, he's a happy child, Mum!

the order went very well, very fast delivery. nothing to say. but the only downside was that the deliveryman (the post office) didn't deliver it against a signature as planned, but put it in the letterbox even though I was at home.

Good selection, unit arrived in pre-described condition, well packaged and most importantly quickly. Works as it should. I did a factory reset before actually using it - all good. I will definitely buy my next device here.

The phone is as described and in perfect working order. Everything is as described. The status of the parcel was marked as "present but absent" even though I was at home and, unfortunately, the carrier has cameras and a recorder that can prove that no-one came to present the parcel to me. In short, I had to call UPS customer service several times, and they couldn't tell me where my parcel was, but in the end I was delivered 4 days after the estimated delivery date, thanks to my determination. Backmarket supported me by telephone and by instant messaging throughout the whole process, they were great. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with Backmarket and my purchase as described! However, I would not recommend the carrier (they are rated 1.5 stars on the internet in this sector and I can understand why!
