The phone drains very quickly despite low usage and few applications downloaded onto it. For example, the phone had 94% one evening, I switched it off and switched it on again the next morning, 77% . It doesn't last more than half a day, so very poor battery life. I can't use it because I can see the battery draining! Last year, I had a problem with my first order (the phone didn't work with speakerphone...) So that's twice now, so for the moment I'm not convinced by the reconditioned phone. I would like to recommend it again but I will have to be convinced of the effectiveness of your site and your services. I hope to FINALLY find a good phone!

Well received and in perfect condition

The screen is damaged. Even in refurbished condition it's still a minimum to have the screen working at 100%. Disgraceful.

Very fast delivery. The only problem is that the phone does not hold a charge at all.
