Product was in fine fettle. No difference between this phone and a new one .

The phone was described as very-good. But came so dirty with a lot signs of wear, seemed it was opened and sealed with glue as there were signs of glue at the back. The charging pot and the speaker were so full of dust and dirt. The phone came with the wrong charger. I am definitely returning the phone and am so disappointed as it is the total opposite of what’s on the description.

The phone arrived earlier than expected, which was great. However, the phone that I received is black not grey as ordered and is not even the right phone. I ordered a P40 lite and appear to have received a Nova 7i. I need a phone, therefore will keep it, but as my first experience of purchasing from Black Market, it's not great. I don't think I'll be repeating the exercise and I'll certainly not be recommending Black Market.
