Huawei P10 Lite 64GB - Gold - Unlocked

I bought this phone for my elderly mother who has severe eyesight problems and can only use this model similar to the one she had which was now destroyed with voice call. Everything was perfect, both the delivery and the phone. I am satisfied and happy to have satisfied my mother without putting her in difficulty with another model.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase on back market, it's like new. It's the second time I've done it. I highly recommend it to everyone. At the same time, it's true that if you want to buy refurbished, people have to have bought new at some point!

I bought this model to replace my old one, which was stolen, so that I could transfer a backup to it. But also because I was used to this one. On my old one I couldn't do the latest update because of lack of space, so it's handy that this one comes with the latest update. Now I have to get used to the changes. As for the battery, I had a bug once when I unlocked it; the charge level suddenly indicated less than 10% and then the phone suddenly switched off. After plugging in the charger, the charge level showed 35%. However, I've had this bug several times on my old model, and I think it's something specific to this model that must occur after several years of use. Let's just say that it's identical to my old phone, so I don't have a problem with it. As a little bonus, my old one had a cracked screen and it would have cost me too much to repair it, so I'm happy with the refurbished model I bought here. I just have one small comment about the condition of the parcel, the cardboard box was a bit crushed as there was an empty space inside. I had a problem with this phone, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I wasn't happy with the product, but the after-sales service was great. I sent the phone back at their expense and they refunded me without any discussion. Nothing to say about that.

The shipping was extremely fast and the phone is as described. It's not chipped and the Huawei phone works fine. Only thing is the phone can get a bit overwhelmed and be slow for some apps. Instagram and tiltok in particular. Sometimes the camera app is a bit slow too but that could just be the fact that it's a Lite phone. I'll be keeping an eye on it

Impeccable, my daughter fell and broke her phone, already bought on backmarket. It was quick to conclude that renewing via backmarket was better financially and in terms of reliability than repairing a broken phone. And yet we advocate repair whenever possible.
