I bought this phone for my elderly mother who has severe eyesight problems and can only use this model similar to the one she had which was now destroyed with voice call. Everything was perfect, both the delivery and the phone. I am satisfied and happy to have satisfied my mother without putting her in difficulty with another model.

I had a problem with this phone, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I wasn't happy with the product, but the after-sales service was great. I sent the phone back at their expense and they refunded me without any discussion. Nothing to say about that.

The shipping was extremely fast and the phone is as described. It's not chipped and the Huawei phone works fine. Only thing is the phone can get a bit overwhelmed and be slow for some apps. Instagram and tiltok in particular. Sometimes the camera app is a bit slow too but that could just be the fact that it's a Lite phone. I'll be keeping an eye on it
