It was good. At first I was confused by the obligation to open an account with Huawei. But once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. What I can't do is buy a cover for this model. I've already ordered one via Worten. Let's see if it arrives.

Very capable phone. I had a Huawei P smart 2019 just before this one and there is a huge difference in quality. The camera is great with its 48 mega pixels, it's the first time I've been able to take such high quality photos. I absolutely recommend this phone.

Received over a week ago and I'm delighted: it works perfectly well, the battery is top notch, it's fast, responsive, takes great photos and videos... So far I've had no disappointments, apart from the fact that it doesn't sync with my Samsung connected watch (which isn't Huawei after all).

I ordered the phone in the colour blue but I received the colour black, even though I had chosen the colour blue. I would like to know how to go about changing it.

Very good product, received quickly, working perfectly so far. Nothing to say No charger plug, but I didn't look at that when I bought it, so it's my fault.
