The phone is not in "very good condition", especially for the price paid at the top end of the price range, it is in fair condition at most (some dirt, impacts on the shell, chipped paint in some places...).) When you sell a product in very good condition, it's not brand new, but it shouldn't show any signs of shock or impact (you can clearly see that one of the corners has hit a sharp object such as gravel on the floor), micro-scratches or even dirt in the connectors or on the biometric fingerprint unlocking switch. The classification is not respected. It's not serious. In the future, I will no longer trust the system used by BackMarket and its partners to assess the condition of refurbished products. I do not recommend this platform, which has lost all my trust.

Disappointed. This is the third phone I've ordered from you, it's an excellent phone and my partner owns the same one, so I knew what I was ordering. Just don't brag that recycling and second life are good for the planet when my phone took 2 planes to get from Poland to my house... What's more, the phone was dirty, and the accessories weren't supplied apart from a cheap 20cm charger cable. Backmarket, you've changed!
