Great service lovely phone, looks and feels brand new for a snip of the price. Love the fact phones are getting a second life, phone arrived quickly too, refurbished is definitely the way to go.

I cannot comment on the device itself as unfortunately the one I was sent is locked to another network. Having contacted the seller, I was assured that a replacement had been posted. That was 10 days ago and I am yet to receive it, with no word from the seller. My first experience of Back Market and it doesn't look good.

Never again with system android.

Good quality. Excellent phone. Little disappointed with the battery life but probably no different to most other phones.

Correct, but there are some minor differences with the model I had before. It's not quite the same size (I bought a silicone shell, it's too big). Otherwise OK
