I've always bought from Back Market and I've always been 100% satisfied. This time, I'm very disappointed. I deliberately chose a computer for internet and office use, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as my main criteria. In the end, I received a computer that had neither Wi-Fi nor Bluetooth. When I reported the problem to the after-sales service, I was told that I'd been 'upgraded' from an i3 to an i5, which doesn't correspond at all to my initial requirements. Another problem is that the original advert has disappeared, so I can't prove that I'd selected a model with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I therefore advise you to take a screenshot of your order to avoid this kind of situation. That said, Back Market agreed to take the computer back without difficulty and will cover the cost of returning it, which I appreciate. I will therefore be recommending another computer in the same range, this time with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Despite this bad experience, I still consider Back Market to be a serious and reliable site, which I trust.
