The PC is in very good condition, a few pieces of "glue", a torn barcode, and other marks that I cleaned up but overall it is clean and functional. On the other hand, the PC did not have an integrated Windows key (as it was supposed to have at the time of sale). The steps I took didn't change a thing. The seller's response time was long and sometimes irrelevant (buying an Office Pack? nothing to do with my problem...). Luckily, I have a friend who works in IT who was able to help me install a new key, as the previous one had probably been hacked.
