Great service, fast delivery, superb condition as stated and no problems. I ordered the same product but it came from another reconditioner "compits GmbH" and the order was cancelled, reconditioner less reliable because perhaps more available ... But BackMarket reacted superbly with a discount on the next order. This is my 6th purchase from BM. I recommend it because so far I have not been disappointed with the equipment I have received. I would buy again

I ordered a PC that was described as "excellent", but unfortunately the delivered goods did not meet my expectations. The case has several scratches that extend to the sheet metal and the fan inside is completely covered in dust. I was expecting a much better condition (especially as the best condition category is stated) and assumed that the device would be refurbished and cleaned before being sold. The monitor I also ordered ( also "excellent" ) has the same problems. A really thick abrasion and the spot between the display and the stand is hidden. I have previously purchased used devices from other dealers in "very good" condition and always received the same. I am therefore particularly dissatisfied with the condition of the products supplied. Last but not least, the PC at least runs.
