Impeccable, works very well

Another disappointment following a BackMarket purchase. I am an IT professional and I ordered 2 PCs of this same model to fulfil an order. I had one important criterion, the presence of an HDMI port on the PC. The photos and technical specifications stated that the PC had an HDMI port, but I received 2 PCs without HDMI ports. BackMarket's after-sales service can no longer be contacted, so we are now being asked to return non-compliant equipment and to be patient. In order not to lose credibility and not to make my customer wait, I offered a DP to HDMI adapter and lost my margin on these 2 resales. Next time, I'll buy stock in advance and any non-compliant products will be systematically returned (the previous time, I received oxidised PCs, uncleaned with dust bunnies in the USB ports, but at least I was able to complain to a human being and I was granted a commercial gesture). In short, the price is all you've got. But if you're going to have one disappointment after another, I'm not interested in low prices any more.
