Received a G5 Tower...with half the SSD and half the RAM I ordered. Seller has been informed, let's see what solution is found...but I have to lug it to the post office one way or another...not cool. Update: Complete silence from the seller, no reply to emails, so after 5 days return via BackMarket, I hope the refund goes smoothly. Unfortunately I can't recommend this seller at all.
