HP EliteBook X360 1030 G7 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - Gen 10 (U) - 16GB - SSD 512 GB AZERTY - French

I haven't even had it a month but I'm happy with it so far. The only downside is that it doesn't hold a charge very well, but when I bought it refurbished I suspected that its performance would be weaker. All the same, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm waiting to see how it performs once I've started lessons and start using it more :)

I am a little disappointed the appliance was sold as being in perfect condition but there are knocks... I printed the return label but I haven't seen the driver who has to collect the parcel. Apart from that everything was perfect

The PC is fine and runs perfectly. The only problem is that Windows is installed in German, so you have to install a patch for French, but there are still remnants of messages in German, which is not very fluid. Plan to re-install Windows in the FR version for greater comfort.

Generally very satisfied! The only downside was the packaging! Sent in an unprotected cardboard box and the computer without packaging. 1 security problem for the computer and 2 a disappointing opening of the product with little quality...

I don't think it's in perfect condition. but it's perfect, it works well and I'm not disappointed with my order.

The item was not in very good condition: scratches all over the outside, dirty inside and marks on the electrical socket (rust?). The hardware works fine though. But the German Windows is a horror (thanks to the refurbisher, who could at least have put it in English)! Despite all the Windows reconfigurations, there are still some settings that haven't been translated... What a pain! I wouldn't recommend it.
