It has not yet been tested as it is for a gift in a month, but I set it up and everything goes great, in the product status section has an almost imperceptible mark on the front but nothing serious, very satisfied with the purchase and thinking about what will be my next item to give it a second life.

The reason I've lowered the score a little is that I had great difficulty using this EliteBook 850 g5 pc for the first time (maybe after 2 hours of use): 4 keys (é-z-s-x) were typing another letter, and the most annoying thing was that this also generated a "z" or an "é" (when another key was pressed) which was typed over and over again when entering text, making the pc completely unusable! The return conditions were a bit complicated, so I decided to take it to a repairer who had to change the keyboard (with an invoice). Now it works very well, I'm very happy, despite this incident (and also 18 obsolete drivers that I had time to replace with my ccleaner but that's not too serious).

Top product, very well maintained. Highly recommended.

My PC matches the description, I'm delighted. Delivered quickly. Little surprise bonus, I hadn't seen it but it came with a carry pouch 👍 I'm delighted to have a device that meets my expectations, cheaper than new, but also to contribute to upcycling, very important to me!!!! I would recommend 👍

After using it for six days, I am very pleased with the HP EliteBook 850 G5 15" Core i7. It is exactly as described: in perfect condition.

It's actually in very good condition, and so far I'm completely satisfied with it. On the other hand, the delivery was not followed up (no emails or text messages). And the parcel was left on the doorstep.
