Unfortunately they have sent me a used laptop and I have also written an email, but I have not received any feedback and will send the laptop back. Worse was that the laptop has a user with password and you can not open it. Please do not buy from this site

HP EliteBook 850 G3 was better than expected. Everything is great, I can only recommend it. Buy again at any time.

No matter how well the laptop should work, the outer shell is in absolutely miserable condition. That is not "good condition".
