The laptop is in good condition. I have used it for nearly a month and faced literally no problems at all.

So far all seems to be going well, I’m 76 and tech is something old fossils like me don’t understand at once and we need time, I’ve purchased and installed 3,6,5 office, managed to sort out a new email account, can’t use this one because I can’t remember my google account password and the old phone that I used as backup number is no more, but we are getting there and yes the speed and graphics are 1000 times better than my old HP, got to set up printer next

The first device did not work properly but the replacement is great. I had no problems with exchanging machines and the service was prompt and efficient. The new computer works very well and is in superb condition considering it was rated as “good” in the description.

I opened the box and thought it was new. A fantastic laptop with an excellent touch screen, B&O sound and very quick. New install of operating software supplied. I couldn't be any happier with the product and speed of delivery.

So far. The laptop is excellent. Condition is great and at this point I feel like I just bought a brand new laptop. Runs fast. Not too noisey

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Despite not choosing next day delivery the laptop arrived the next day. Although the condition was described as good, I struggled to find any scuffs or scratches. It came installed with Windows 11 Pro. At £219 I consider it to have been an absolute bargain. One minor point it was a 8265U processor not a 8365U. I'm very pleased with my purchase and blown away with the condition. I'm now recommending Backmarket to my friends and family. I'm a total convert to refurbished IT.
