I would have liked to know beforehand details such as whether it came with an operating system, or office.... I bought the laptop in EXCELLENT grade and I find that it is covered with VINYL. How can you offer something in EXCELLENT grade covered with VINYL? In that case you would have to sell it in GOOD grade.
