Very nice computer, works perfectly and is very well packaged for transport. The gps tracking is great.

Until a few days ago I had no complaints about my purchase. Laptop bought a year ago for my son. Good condition. Good quality. But 4 days ago the battery charger literally exploded! I found out from the repairer that the charger was not original and above all not powerful enough for this type of PC. It could have been much worse. If we hadn't been at home, the charger could have caused a fire. Admittedly, it worked fine for a year, but I find it unacceptable to have an unsuitable charger; it could have happened earlier.

Computer bought in April 2022. At first it was flat, but as time went by the battery discharged all the time, until this incident this week. The computer caught fire ... literally ... after having it dismantled by a computer specialist, the battery melted ... the rest is of course damaged ... Luckily I was there and was able to take immediate action. I should point out that it was dismantled 48 hours after catching fire, and that even when switched off without a charge, the battery was still heating up, it smoked and smelled of smoke ... It's absurd ... Response from back market, a voucher of 5% ... It was not even the question .. my question is when we are able to sell batteries so discounted that they explode? I have nothing to add except that I no longer have any confidence in this site. It's a shame that I can't include the photos in the review ...It's worth the diversions ...

Fast and compliant delivery. 1 year after the order the only downside is the battery that does not hold the charge very well otherwise RAS, very satisfied with the product order and great surprise with the screen tacticle plutot practical for a laptop.

Produit correcte comme le disait l'annonce. W10 bien installé sauf une application onedrive. Quelques chocs sur l'extérieur qui ne me gêne en aucune façon. Satisfait de ce choix de reconditionne. Pour la prochaine acquisition je ferai confiance à backmarket.

Pour l instant il fonctionne très bien. Je suis seulement un peu déçue par son aspect. Bien sûr, C est du reconditionné mais il est recouvert d un film autocollant gris métal qui n adhère pas complètement. Hormis ce détail je n ai rien à dire et quoiqu il en soit je ne regrette pas mon achat qui fait du bien à mon porte monnaie et à la planète.
