Hp EliteBook 830 G6 13-inch (2018) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - Italian

This is the 4th time I have purchaded from Back Market and have been delighted each time. This laptop was well packaged and received in good clean condition. I was able to set it up and install my software with no problem. I have used it several times and so far battery level seems good lasting a satisfactory time on a full charge. Product condition was good and happy to recommend Back Market for future purchases.

The laptop is perfect fine, works as described, with the cosmetic damage as described also. I’ve done light word processing work and it’s fine, as well as running light games like The Sims 3 + 4, so I’m perfectly happy with my laptop. The only caveat is that the charger delivered with the laptop was filthy. There was some type of sticky solvent/glue covering the pack on the AC adapter, which I had to through clean before I felt like I could use. The dirt on the charger does not affect the functionality, but clearly displays that the reseller just tossed a filthy AC adapter in with laptop. I’d be happy to purchase again from BackMarket, just not with the reseller that sent me this product.

Arrived in a dented/torn box, but was so well packed it was perfectly fine, thank you. Easy to set up and transfer all my info from my old laptop, which was my worry. It is in great condition, clean and works just as described.

Overall it's fine. But when I use portable SSD and try to transfer files, the process halts and cancelled. Also, the SSD gets automatically disconnected. Another thing, windows was not set up. I had to do it on my own.

Clear layout of what you are getting with add ons, got my set up on sale and it was a steal. Needed a laptop for all life admin bits and this is perfect.
