Hp EliteBook 830 G5 13-inch (2017) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8GB - SSD 128 GB QWERTY - Swedish

This was a gift for someone else in need and I'm very happy with the purchase. Considering the laptop age (circa 2017), this is has been delightful to setup for this user. I was expecting something slightly more worn and used but I was pleasantly surprised. Considering that I also use an HP EliteBook with newer and higher spec, you wouldn't have noticed that this G5 is 8 years old but runs Windows 11 Pro very well. Impressed with the service overall and speedy delivery.

Everything is okay but it did power on/off glitch twice. So I'm thinking there’s gonna be some issue in future maybe very soon. Otherwise everything is okay .

The order process was very simple. Shipping took at lot longer than anticipated and my order exceeded my delivery date by nearly a week. When I reached out for support to understand what was going on, the support team were friendly but not very helpful. They kept repeating they were reaching out to the shipping team and would get back to me with an update. The update never came. When my item was delivered, someone did call me though to make sure I’d received the item. The item itself is fine. There are quite a few marks/scratches/dints, that I didn’t expect. I obviously understand that I bought a refurbished item and ultimately doesn’t affect the performance of the item. However, I did pay extra for ‘excellent’ condition. Overall, I’m okay with my experience but not sure I would order again.
