Yet another bad experience on Backmarket, a site that used to be less and less reliable. PC received clearly untested, it did not turn on, and for good reason, the battery is dead, not discharged, but dead, after a night on charge, 0% and still does not turn on battery. Add to that 1 non-functional USB port out of the 2, and that's a lot, and now it's almost every time I order that I get a nasty surprise.

The battery runs out very fast, and does not charge to 100%, it charges up to 80%.
