I received my purchase in quite good time and after unpacking and switching it on it is very good. I like it and happy with new good condition laptop.

The seller sent the wrong laptop the first time round. Alkim from Backmarket was amazing and helped a lot in sorting out a replacement and the new correct laptop arrived promptly. The only issue I have is the battery life is absolutely terrible. The laptop dies faster than a really old mobile. A laptop should last a good portion of a day without being plugged in. This thing died in under two hours just being on, not actually running any programmes.
