Good evening. It was a gift for my sister who was doing a computer course. But I must admit that I loved the product as soon as I saw it. It is the second notebook I have bought and both have met my expectations, the first one was never used and I gave it to a friend, who is very happy with it. But this second HP is even better, as I said, I only tested it because it was for my sister, but it was very good. I am more than satisfied with the purchase so far.

Fast delivery. Product: Operating system wrong. Installed Windows 10 pro, Windows 10 Home licence. Unable to activate. Appearance: Bad. Cracked screen frame. Outer film has been added and peels off at corners. Poorly refurbished overall Not returned because it was a gift and there was no time to get another computer. But I will not recommend refurbished products.
