When I opened the device, after 2 days of use, I was offered a Windows update. I ran it and since that day (22/12) it's no longer possible to use the USB ports (classic or c), nor Bluetooth. These "options" for controlling these two uses are not present in the device manager. It is impossible to repair this problem or reinstall the drivers for these two uses. In other words, this restricts the use of the PC. Please let us know if it is possible to return the product to you for repair, exchange or refund. Thank you Sincerely Laurent FLIPO
