The phone initially came and did not switch on or charge or respond in anyway. Back Market Help service directed me to return the item - I was able to return the item and within a week a fully working phone was sent back to me. I'm extremely happy with this service - thank you Back Market!

Am disappointed I expected better phone turning on😔

Delivery was super fast. The device cannot be distinguished from a new device. Battery performance according to test app "good". After 30 days of using the smartphone, there are still no negative symptoms.

Call answering is difficult can you suggest any other way of answering other than dragging

Telephone received with one button missing (on off). Unusable, really disappointed especially as it was a gift, very unpleasant surprise. Returned the phone with a very long wait for a refund from the time it was received. I recommend another phone to give as a present and there's a great one, the loudspeaker is broken, 50 euros to repair it. Which just goes to show how incompetent this site is. I will never recommend LAMENTABLE again.
