Not as user friendly as my Honor 20. Several things are difficult to work out as I didn't get a user manual. In particular the health app - no idea how many steps I've done. Despite the copy facility.

I ordered excellent condition and I got surprised that it arrived a brand new with original covered box and all accessories without even a touch. I didn't expected that. The price was relatively less even though it was a brand new. I trust back market than any other second hand mobile shop.

Realised I should have ordered the larger gb model. Returned as per your instructions and have subsequently been reimbursed. My 256gb unit has been received and I am currently trying to understand it.
