Loved my old Pixel 7 Pro and didn't really want to switch to another phone when the screen gave up after multiple drops (Owps!) Finding the phone I wanted and the grade I wanted was super easy and this one arrived in perfect condition the next day and looks just like new! There is huge selection of refurbished models and grades at sensible prices. I ordered a good condition and honestly it was like brand new, I am so pleased and so far had no issues. So not only a bargain but also helping the environment. Recycling at its best !

It was my first time using back market but it had been used by my partner a few times before, so he recommended it to me when I said I wanted a new phone. Buying phones refurbished honestly saves you so much money compared to buying new and the phones are completely functional. I've had this phone for nearly a month now and have had no problems at all. The battery lasts, the functionality is all great, the phone itself is in great condition! Using back market was really easy and I even traded in my last two phones to get more money off of this one! The only thing to mention is I did have to buy a new charger as the charger it came with doesn't do the super fast charging, only Google chargers do that. But considering how much money I saved, I didn't mind. Highly recommend using back market, will probably be buying refurbished phones from now on!

Phone arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I selected excellent so as would be expected. You cannot tell it has been refurbished and even arrived in the original Pixel 7 Pro box.
