I bought it as "good" condition but it was basically like new, so I was very happy with it. The battery thus far is exactly what I'd expect of a new phone. It arrived in minimal packaging without loads of unnecessary plastic which was good. Only downside is it didn't come with the original charging plug, but luckily I already had one from my previous pixel phone. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbished phone and will continue to do so in future.

The phone has arrived, and seems to be OK, but it's literally unpossible to ask some question about it - regardless if it's BackMarket or refurbisher (who would be my preffered contact).
