Extremely very poor and criminal act. I saw reviews where people bought tablet of higher storage capacity but received lower, with no remedy, I thought it was a mistake but I went to purchase hoping they wouldn't repeat that. Now they gave me a lower storage capacity and no one is responding.

Received a brand new Galaxy S5e tablet super-fast: even when I looked very closely I didn't see the slightest trace or mark. The battery life is very good, given the fairly intensive use I make of it. Charging is quick enough. I'm very happy with this purchase - well done to the refurbisher and Backmarket!

I'm a bit disappointed with the battery capacity, which is about half that of a new battery. I didn't expect to have a new battery on a device of this age. Before buying, I would like to know what has been changed on the device in addition to the complete check-up.

Just over a year and a half later, I'm delighted to have taken the plunge with this tablet! I didn't have any particular expectations, but I have to admit that it's an indispensable piece of equipment in my day-to-day life. What's more, it's still in perfect condition, which I'm very pleased about.

Ideal tablet for me to surf the net, read the newspaper and great screen for photos. I had to find a protective case as unfortunately this isn't offered by Backmarket! 😁
