First of al lthe courier lied about delivery, they said i had signed a document and i didnt. They didnt leave a note saying where they had left it so i had no idea what was going on except that the email said it was delivered and signed for. I had to check my house security cameras so see what had gone on. The delivery guy had thrown it behind my dusbins and I know he threw it as the gate is locked and the position it was laid in. WHy are delivery people lieing about signatures, not leave a note and throwing packages.....all three of these things are dusgusting. THe box it came in was wet so the water had seeped in and the delivery company had not put it in a clear plastic bag, I worked for another delivery company and if we left items outside in the elements we put them in a sealed clear plastic bag. THis never happened. Box, soddened, phone a bit damp. Now after 7 days of use the phone is not connecting ot the nextwork? Did you lock my phone after i wrote asking what was going on with delivery as I wrote back on email immediately when I had recieved the order. Please can you get back to me quicker that 48 hrs........ what the hell is going on here? Liz Alderson
