Fairphone 3+

Really good phone. Reading other reviews had serious doubts. However, this phone easily manages with day to day tasks, with streaming videos and using Bluetooth headset etc. Sometimes the screen will pause for up 30s - 1 min on the internet browser but then I'll just close my tabs and it is fine. There was a sound issue but new software has been released that resolved this! Altogether a very decent phone and I don't feel like opting for this more sustainable phone is missing out on the benefits of other phones

The screen is in perfect condition, but the plastic back is clearly well-used and has a dull finish. There’s a small scratch on the camera lens, but it doesn’t seem to show up in photos. I’ve flashed the OS with LineageOS and it’s running smoothly.

Perfect smartphone, meets my expectations. I have nothing to complain about and would recommend the fairphone 3+.

The phone is as good as new (really), and even had the set up application at first boot up to sync data with the old phone. Perfect packaging and delivered in two days, as expected.

I have been trying to engage with you for two months about replacing or repairing my Fairphone under your issued warranty. My phone has been barely working for two months now, turns on once a week or so after just over a year in use, and a solution continues to fail. Exceptionally poor customer service.

The phone is as good as new – I’m completely satisfied. And the most incredible thing is that it was delivered in under 24 hours!!! I ordered it on Friday at around 2 pm and received it on Saturday at around 12 noon.
