The package was well received. A day later than reported, but this too was notified by email. Very nice! Although it came with a short manual in English instead of Dutch, I searched YouTube for a video on how to use it for the first time. Perhaps sending this link will come in handy once the customer has placed the order. Otherwise very satisfied!

The delivery took a very long time and was unclear (track info stayed on sent for a very long time and was delivered without any further info or change in this. A little more detail in this would be nice. In addition, the machine leaks. I think it has to do with the machine itself rather than BM.... but it is obviously disappointing.
