Brand new, packaged like new, with no defects whatsoever. It works perfectly. It was delivered the day after the order was placed. This was the first order on the site and certainly not the first.

I went from a l'or capsule machine to a real coffee machine, so getting used to it was a bit complicated, especially with all the things you can do with this machine. I haven't tested everything yet, but once I got to grips with the machine, I had no regrets. The coffee is extraordinary. I had a jura bean machine before but honestly the taste and texture of the coffee is nothing like it. great machine I recommend it to everyone!

I unpacked my Ninja Cafe Lux full of anticipation and was looking forward to my first coffee. Everything looked great. Plugged in. Wanted to switch on the machine. Didn't work. Until I found out that there was only one contact pin on the plug. This shouldn't happen if the machine has been refurbished. Of course, I can now send it in for repair. Nevertheless, I now have the work of repacking it, sending it away and waiting ages for the new machine. Very annoying.

The machine is like new I am very satisfied. So far everything is running perfectly.
