    Customer experience: Absolutely disastrous! Product: described as excellent, had broken brackets Delivery time: sent in advance - billing address and delivery address were different - 1 MONTH! Both Backmarket and the actual seller had several opportunities to both expedite shipping and re-evaluate the condition of the product - both were kindly but rigorously ignored. Bad buying experience and product not as described. tldr: Bought a coffee machine, if it had been in "excellent" condition, it would have been a top purchase, money back and free returns were offered several times (because legally guaranteed). However, people buy refurbished products because they suggest a good deal. I will buy my electrical appliances from the "refurbed" alternative again in future!
