    Printer was unfortunately already defective on receipt. It was also badly packaged and the print head was leaking. However, BackMarket was able to help me with fast service. I got my money back. The only thing I find very dubious is the dealer who offered the printer here. But that's not BackMarket's fault. After all, they only operate the platform. I'm very happy with BackMarket itself and have chewed the cud here several times. This is the first complaint.
