As usual, I'm won over by Dyson. I went from the v11 to the gen5 and I can clearly see the difference in terms of performance. The item is reconditioned, in PERFECT condition, not a flaw. The delivery was super fast (ordered on a Thursday evening, arrived on Saturday morning), perfect packaging, like new. In short, I am very happy with my purchase.

Hello, Back Market Nickel. For a refurbished from Dyson itself, the whole thing was very well packaged, the device is damaged in places, but in good working order.

I've had my Dyson for over a month now and I'm really happy with it! It's in great condition and vacuums really well (the carpet brush has changed my life). For your information, the battery allows you to vacuum for around 40 - 45 minutes (which can vary depending on the type of floor and the level of dirt). I just had a little problem with the delivery as I never had the code to give to the delivery person so I had to go and get it from the post office. I would 100% recommend
