I am very satisfied with my purchase. The device is in perfect condition and works very well. There's no point in buying new with such a high level of refurbished performance.

I didn't see any difference with a new one (apart from the packaging and the flyer in the box which indicate that it's reconditioned). The product was exactly what I expected.

Since I've had it, I've completely ditched my traditional straightener! Well done dyson, a precious time saver, I have very electric and curly hair, in no time at all, a perfect blow-dry, my hair is softer than before, I recommend it 1000 times over 😍

I don't have the benefit of hindsight but I'll give you my opinion anyway in the hope that I won't be using it in the future. I received the product very quickly and tried it straight away, I was shocked, I have hair that swells, undulates and does what it wants without a straightener, with the Dyson it's as if I'd just come out of the hairdresser's and it holds very well, if you're not sure, go for it!

Free, ultra-fast and secure delivery. The dyson quilt is brilliant, my hair was totally burnt by my hairdresser, thanks to the dyson I can flatten my hair without burning it. I still use the steampod at the end to finish it off.
