Dell Precision 5540 15-inch (2019) - Core i7 - Gen 9 (H) - 16GB - SSD 512 GB AZERTY - French

I've given it 4/5 because I thought 3/5 would have been harsh as overall the laptop is fine, but issues have occurred. Setup initially went well, however the next day it failed to boot up with a BIOS problem. Re-booted a number of times and still got the same problem. Managed to get round this by re-installing Windows and the problem hasn't occurred since. The issue now though is every day when trying to start up, I get a Low Battery warning and the laptop switches itself off, even though there is plenty of juice in the battery. Take this morning for example, started the laptop up and got the Low Battery warning and it switched itself off. Once I put it on charge the laptop fired up, and the battery level was 94%. If you then take it off charge it works fine as there is plenty of charge. My concern is that a problem with the battery that will manifest in the not too distant future and I will have very little in the form of guarantees

Works well - only issue with the computer (heat and occasional high fan noise) was expected since that’s an issue with the model overall. Surprisingly good quality with few marks even though I ordered fair condition.

The laptop is as expected with respect to condition and function.

Shocking experience- arrived first time with a broken keyboard which is such an obvious issue. had to return it on the same day, only for it to come back broken once again with fingerprint and camera recognition that wasn't working- which was working the first time around. I've spent weeks without a laptop and had a massive delay in work for issues that could have easily been dealt with in the first place. Really disappointed by the customer service too who were not helpful at all.
