I'm very pleased with the quality of the service, ordering, delivery, communication etc... However, I missed a small detail on the top left corner of the screen, when the screen is black but backlit, it looks as if the computer had suffered a shock and indeed I have a slight gap between the screen and the back of the screen. I have to say that for an "As New" packaging, this small detail could have been reported and therefore the price impacted.
