I waited before posting a review so that I could have an objective opinion. The delivery was ultra fast, great. The PC has a few scratches visible at more than 20 cm, which does not correspond to a PC in "very good condition". However, the battery life is pretty good for a refurbished PC. The PC runs well and the cleaning had been done (not as I read in some comments). In summary, for my use, I am delighted with this PC! Thanks a lot!

Hello, I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical about your low prices for laptops of this quality... I went ahead and ordered anyway. I chose the "excellent condition" grade. Delivery perfectly on time. Well, I received a DELL Laptop in a very protective packaging... A device without the slightest trace of wear, not the slightest dust, fingerprints. NOTHING of NOTHING Not even a micro-scratch, and not a single knock, really, really IMPECCABLE! Even the charger looks brand new. The cables were neatly stored in the box. I really felt like I was getting a brand new device! I switched it on, and I was amazed to find a 100% functional machine, there was NOTHING to do, everything was installed, configured and ready to use straight away, even the Windows updates were done! (dated 2 days ago) All I had to do was install my preferred applications and programs. The computer runs like clockwork, fast, quiet and reliable. And the battery is PERFECT! Just like a DELL! I'm really sincerely pleased to have gone through your site for my order... What a huge saving compared to the same model or a new equivalent! What a pleasure it is these days to come across a very serious company that isn't just selling you wind or m.... It works well despite the battery life, which I find a little short. The bad thing is the nauseating smell of new plastic, which takes a long time to get rid of.

Very good, but the actual resolution (1366 x 768) does not match the one shown in the description (1920 x 1080). It should be illegal to sell an item that doesn't match the description. I'm not going to send it back for that, but it will still be a disappointment. The rest is really good: small, light, fast, doesn't heat up. For this price, it's really good. Autonomy seems ok but to be seen over time. Thank you for offering us second-hand products of this quality at this price. Well done.

Super pc sold for fair condition when it's as good as new and it has a 1t SSD instead of the 512gb SSD advertised, very satisfied.
