Perfect for my purposes. Space-saving in portable mode, it's powerful enough to be used as a fixed PC with a peripheral screen and keyboard. The touchscreen and touchpad are responsive and pleasant to use.

Great purchase, delivery was quicker than expected, and the computer is almost as good as new, apart from 2 nicks on the back of the screen, but this in no way hinders the use of the computer. I'm also very pleased with the battery, which should easily last 10 hours.

After 12 days of use, the computer crashed when I switched it on. I immediately asked for a refund and sent the computer back in good time. Despite this, Back Market told me that the computer was out of warranty because I had crashed the operating system, according to the refurbisher. The computer was working perfectly well when I switched it off the previous evening, but was no longer working when I switched it back on. I live alone, so no-one else has touched it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and was surprised to find that the PC had a touch screen.

Everything was nicely packaged

The device was delivered a week late, but this was not Backmarket's fault but Chronopost's. A real disappointment when the appliance was delivered, even though it was sold in "very good condition". - several areas of rubbing, paintwork missing - screen not cleaned, grime built up around the edges - fingerprint sensor really dirty, quite disgusting... Has this device really been refurbished? When you see that it hasn't even been cleaned, it's doubtful.

On the first delivery the battery was missing or not detected. I was able to send the laptop back and it arrived 8 days later, this time with a working battery. All in all, the computer is as described and in very good condition. Excellent value for money. Thank you to backckmarket.fr for the after-sales service.
