Device arrived in less than 48hours after purchase and came in impeccable condition. It looks and feels like a new device. Has no dents or scratches, so far, performs very well. Very long lasting battery, good display and, is definitely a good deal. My very first purchase from back market. This has been a very good first impression.

Happy with it so far. Although I now realise it's common practice to supply devices with US keyboards as English keyboards but I feel that this should really be made very clear for items being sold into the UK market.

The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

The website helped me narrow down this laptop with a great set of filters. The laptop was marked as Good condition but I can't find any blemish, scratch, or scuff. Windows 10 Pro was pre-installed and very easy to setup, and came with a free Windows 11 upgrade. The computer is performing perfectly and will hopefully last for many years. Only problem was DHL leaving it outside my house, lucky I was in and noticed - if I'd have been out it may not have been there when I got back.
