I've been using my computer for a week now and I'm very happy with it. It's in perfect condition, with no visible signs of wear. It works well and doesn't slow down at all. The retailer phoned me before sending it as the model I had bought was no longer available, so I got a better model at no extra cost. I would recommend them 100%. I had already ordered an iPhone 14 from this site, I would definitely buy reconditioned again!

I really like my new Dell Latitude notebook. It's very light, fits easily into my rucksack and works well. It's fast and pleasant to the touch. However, one of the two USB ports doesn't work, and the fingerprint reader also seems to be faulty. As I chose it in excellent condition, I'm a little disappointed, but it's still very good value for money.

Hello, The product arrived as expected and on time. Very good condition, laptop configured as it should be, nothing to complain about. The details of the steps up to delivery are very complete. I don't know if Back Market has delivery agreements with relay points (in my case in Belgium), that would be a real plus if it isn't already the case. In any case, I fully recommend it.
