A few minor scratches and a touch that's a little too mobile, but a successful experience. Ubuntu installed itself almost on its own and the PC excels in intensive use: video projection, word processing with multiple images, multi-tab browsing, cross-referencing data on spreadsheets. All in near-perfect silence. Perfect!

Everything is perfect, I was a bit scared as it's the first time I've bought on backmarket and I must admit I'm really happy with my purchase. It had only one scratch on the top of the computer. Screen intact. Nothing to say, I recommend it. I hope it will last over time, that's another story lol but in the meantime I've been using it for 3 weeks and it's been great.

Fast delivery in a well-secured parcel, very responsive customer service for the few questions that remained. The PC was in near-new condition. Windows 11 was pre-installed. The very good length of the charging cable is really appreciated. The battery life is commendable for a second-hand PC. The installation was completed without a hitch using my personal settings. All updates were carried out without a hitch after installing the software I wanted. The PC is quite powerful and well equipped for a very competitive price. In short, this first purchase on this platform has proved to be fully satisfactory.

This is a very nice laptop with no scratches and in good condition. however, it only has 235gb of storage, whereas it is advertised as 512gb! i'm not happy with this but i think it will be enough for my use. otherwise, there is at least 16gb of ram and it is very nice. it is possible to put your fingerprint on it. the second negative point is that i only had half of the charger. So I'm asking for a refund of at least €30....from either the retailer or BackMarket... but it would be nice if they delivered the right products. I wanted 512gb but only have 235.... I hope I'll at least have SSD I can't check that. Check via the settings, it's easy. (it's also the right Intel and the processor is a bit more powerful than advertised)

Disappointed on first try... What's the point of having a PC if it can't be recharged. Even after 24 hours it doesn't charge... Send back for replacement.
