Dell Latitude 5440 14-inch (2023) - Core i5-1335U - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTZ - German

I ordered a DELL Latitude 5440 (2022) and received a DELL Latitude E5440 (2014).so I was just cheated. I hope the Backmarket and Pro Phone teams will resolve the dispute as best they can. This is the first time I ordered from BM and I am so disappointed!

I ordered a DELL Latitude 5440 and received a DELL Latitude E5440, 1 letter and 10 years apart, for the same price. So I've just been ripped off in style. I hope that the Backmarket and Arto/Pro Phone teams resolve the dispute as best they can. It's the first time I've ordered from BM, and I'm so disappointed! The delivery was fast, but the packaging was unsuitable (the charger can be moved around and the PC is fixed to the cardboard box, with no foam or bubbles), so keep your fingers crossed that the box doesn't fall over or get crushed/wet/dropped, in short, a life in cardboard... I'm available to modify the note if a favourable outcome is found, of course =)

Do not buy. Product I received was not Latitude 5440, but Latitude E5440. E5440 is a nearly 10 year old computer, definitely not what was advertised in the listing. Intentional scam? Possibly. Currently in the process of returning the purchase, hope that I at least get my money back. Packing was also quite lacking with the ac-adapter freely allowed to move inside the box. No foam or bubblewrap included. We'll see how the return process goes..

The product was shipped over a week later only after I complained about BM. Then it arrived and it was an old model from 2014 and had nothing to do with the one I ordered. It was also very badly packaged. The only good thing was the service from Backmarket. Never order from ProPhone again.... Fraud!!!

The wrong model! 2014 instead of 2022 I wonder if this isn't deliberate, how many people are noticing?
